Cancellation and Refund Terms

GENERAL:
1. By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchased, as well as other applicable laws in force.
3. Shipping costs, which are product shipment expenses, will be paid by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within not exceeding the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product must be delivered completely and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual if any.
6. In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days from the date the seller becomes aware of it. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT FEE IS NOT PAID:
7. If the buyer does not pay for the product they purchased or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

SHOPPING MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:
8. If it is determined after the product is delivered that the credit card used for payment was unjustly used by unauthorized persons and the fee for the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the SELLER within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the SELLER.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
9. If unforeseeable force majeure circumstances arise that prevent the Seller from delivering the product on time, the situation is communicated to the Buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the impediment is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if they made the payment in cash, the amount is paid back to them in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card and is canceled, the product fee is refunded to the bank again within 14 days from the cancellation; however, it is possible for the bank to transfer this amount to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
10. The Buyer must inspect the goods/service subject to the contract before accepting it and should not accept goods/services that are dented, broken, torn in packaging, etc., from the cargo company. The received goods/services will be deemed undamaged and in good condition. After delivery, the BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must be returned along with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
11. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract without assuming any legal or penal responsibility and without providing any reason, by notifying the SELLER via the contact information below within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product to the buyer or the indicated person/institution.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
13. If the purchased product is a service, this 14-day period begins on the date the contract is signed. In service contracts where the execution of the service has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
14. The expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.
15. For the use of the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the SELLER via registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email within the 14 (fourteen) day period, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" provisions regulated in this contract.

USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
16. The invoice of the product delivered to the third person or BUYER (If the product to be returned is invoiced to a corporate entity, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. If a refund invoice is not issued for orders invoiced on behalf of institutions, returns cannot be completed.)
17. The return form, the box, packaging, if any, standard accessories of the products to be returned must be delivered completely and undamaged.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
18. Upon receiving the withdrawal notice, the SELLER is obliged to return the total amount and the documents that oblige the BUYER without debt within 10 days at the latest and to receive the goods within 20 days.
19. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason attributable to the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER at the rate of their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to proper use of the goods/products during the withdrawal period.
20. If the campaign limit set by the SELLER is dropped due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the amount of the discount benefited within the campaign is canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:
21. Products prepared in accordance with the request or explicit needs of the BUYER and not suitable for return, lower parts of underwear, swimwear, and bikini bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, goods that may deteriorate quickly or have a risk of expiration, products whose packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery, and products that, by their nature, are mixed with other products and cannot be separated, goods related to periodicals such asas newspapers and magazines, excluding those provided under a subscription agreement, services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods instantly delivered to the consumer, and if the packaging of sound or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables is opened by the BUYER, their return is not possible due to the Regulation. Moreover, the use of the right of withdrawal related to services that have started execution with the consumer's consent before the right of withdrawal expires is also not possible due to the Regulation.
22. Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, software and programs that can be copied, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused to be returned.

STATE OF DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
23. If the BUYER defaults on the credit card payment transaction, they agree and declare that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement made with the cardholder bank and be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply legal means; demand the incurred costs and attorney fees from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults on the payment, the BUYER agrees to compensate the damages and losses incurred by the SELLER due to the delay in fulfilling the debt.
