General Information;
Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) has been enacted to protect individuals’ fundamental rights and freedoms—primarily the privacy of private life—during the processing of personal data, and to regulate the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data, as well as the procedures and principles they must comply with. With full awareness of this responsibility, we process personal data as explained below and within the limits determined by legislation. Your collected personal data may be processed by our Company, in compliance with the law and the purpose of the KVKK and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the purposes of: promoting the services and products offered by our Company; increasing communication; carrying out customer satisfaction practices and notifications; conducting marketing, advertising and promotional activities; fulfilling information retention, reporting and notification obligations stipulated by judicial and administrative authorities; ensuring the legal, technical and commercial/occupational safety of our Company and those in a business relationship with our Company; performing the necessary work by relevant business units in order to carry out commercial activities conducted by our Company; preparing documents for which we have a regulatory obligation under relevant laws; planning strategies and conducting related business processes; planning and executing our Company’s human resources policies and processes; ensuring security within our Company; conducting necessary quality and standard audits; fulfilling our other obligations determined by laws and regulations; contacting data subjects; and ensuring the management of requests and complaints.
If the processing activity carried out for the purposes mentioned does not meet any of the conditions prescribed under the Law, your explicit consent is obtained by our Company for the relevant processing activity.
Your collected personal data may be transferred, within the scope of the personal data transfer conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, for the purposes stated above, to: all official administrative and judicial authorities and institutions and all public institutions; our direct/indirect domestic/foreign affiliates; domestic/foreign third parties we cooperate with; persons and organizations from whom we receive services and with whom we cooperate in order to carry out our activities; our solution partners; our suppliers; domestic/foreign organizations and other third parties.
Your personal data is collected by our Company or by natural/legal persons processing data on behalf of our Company through technical and procedural methods carried out via different channels such as our website, mobile applications, call center and physical channels; by our sales and marketing department employees; forms collected during customer visits; application forms; various agreements; all kinds of information forms; surveys; job application forms; employment contracts; social media applications; written, verbal and digital notifications received from our customers/suppliers/business partners; digital marketing; e-mail; SMS; and—without being limited to those listed here—through verbal, written or electronic channels, on the basis of your explicit consent or other data processing conditions stipulated in the KVKK.
Pursuant to Article 4 of the KVKK, our Company has an obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up to date. In this context, in order for our Company to fulfill its obligations arising from the current legislation, data subjects must share accurate and up-to-date personal data with our Company or update the personal data they have previously notified to our Company.
Our Company stores personal data in a manner proportionate to the purpose of processing and in line with the purpose of processing personal data. Personal data is stored until the end of the period required by the relevant legislation in cases where the processing purpose and/or reason has ceased to exist. When the purpose and reason for processing personal data cease to exist and the limitation periods necessary to fulfill our legal obligations are completed, personal data will be destroyed.
Within this scope, data subjects have the right to request from our Company: to learn whether their personal data is processed; if their personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this; to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose; to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad; to request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred; to request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation, and to request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred; to object to a result against the person arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems; and to request compensation for damages in case they suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
Data subjects may exercise their rights by submitting their request together with the necessary information identifying their identity and explanations regarding the right they wish to exercise, in accordance with the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by applying to our Company in writing, by filling in and signing the application form that can be accessed via the link below;
