Artichoke Apple Vinegar

Product Description

Produced using traditional natural fermentation methods. For this reason, especially after opening the lid, sediment, colour changes and a transparent layer called ‘mother’ may form on the surface of the vinegar as it is exposed to air. These are not signs of spoilage and the vinegar can be used again after straining. This indicates that fermentation is ongoing and that the vinegar has not been pasteurised or filtered.
